I'm a wellness educator and guide focused on helping everyday people understand the science of metabolic health, GLP-1s, and peptide therapy — and how to use them safely, sustainably, and on their own terms.
My work isn't about quick fixes or hype. It's about clarity, evidence, and the kind of personalized support I wish I'd had when I started my own journey.

Health has never been just a career path for me. It has been a lifelong lesson, shaped by both personal experience and profound loss.
I was born an only child, but I never truly felt alone. I was raised surrounded by grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins who became the foundation of my world. My grandparents were often my safe place, providing stability during a childhood that was sometimes challenging and uncertain.
As I grew older, I began to witness something that would ultimately change the course of my life.
One by one, the people I loved began facing serious health challenges. Over the years, I watched family members battle cancer, chronic disease, cognitive decline, liver disease, and the complications that often come with aging. Some passed away far too young. Others lived longer but struggled with illnesses that dramatically impacted their quality of life.
I spent years helping my father navigate the effects of lifelong smoking and drinking before losing him to lung and liver disease. I became a healthcare advocate and support system for family members facing cancer and end-of-life decisions. After completing my End-of-Life Doula training, I had the privilege of walking beside my Aunt Bernie through the final months of her battle with stage 4 lung cancer, serving as both her advocate and companion until the very end.
Today, my mother lives with advanced Alzheimer's disease. Watching her journey has reinforced one of the most important lessons of my life:
Living longer is not enough. The goal is to create more healthy years.
For much of my adult life, I built a successful corporate career. Like many people, I spent years managing deadlines, stress, travel, long work hours, and putting my own health on the back burner. Eventually, the warning signs appeared. My weight continued to climb despite my efforts. My blood pressure increased. I developed fatty liver disease and prediabetes. My lab work reflected a future I wasn't willing to accept.
As I looked back at my family's health history, I realized I was heading down a familiar path.
That realization became a turning point.
I began focusing on healing from the inside out. I learned how deeply stress and nervous system dysregulation impact our health. I embraced meditation, mindfulness, gratitude practices, and lifestyle changes that supported both physical and emotional well-being. I became a student of health, wellness, longevity, and metabolic function.
While these changes helped, I continued searching for answers that would address the deeper metabolic and physiological challenges I was facing. That search eventually led me to peptide therapies and GLP-1 treatment.
The results transformed my health.
Today, I am no longer following the path I once feared. My health markers have improved, my metabolic health has changed dramatically, and I feel better than I have in years.
More importantly, I discovered my purpose.
My mission is to help others become proactive advocates for their health before chronic disease takes control of their future. Through education, personalized support, metabolic wellness strategies, GLP-1 therapies, peptides, and healthy lifestyle practices, I help individuals create more healthy years filled with energy, vitality, independence, and purpose.
Because the greatest gift we can give ourselves—and the people we love—is not simply a longer life.
It's a healthier one.
When I set out to find a clinical partner, I wasn't looking for the easiest path — I was looking for the safest one. Peptides and hormone therapy belong in the hands of experienced, licensed clinicians. That is non-negotiable for me, and it should be for you.
EllieMD is a concierge telehealth company with a network of seasoned physicians who are deeply experienced in peptide therapy specifically — not a general telehealth shop adding peptides as an afterthought. For every product you order, you complete a medical intake form. The reviewing physician may not be the same one each time, but they always have your full order history and know exactly what you're taking.
If a concern, question, or side effect comes up, you submit a physician inquiry directly inside your EllieMD Client Portal and a physician responds to you directly. To protect your privacy under HIPAA, I never see your orders, your medical records, or any personal health information — that relationship stays between you and your clinical team.
Just as important is what's actually in the vial. EllieMD works exclusively with CloverX, a 503A compounding pharmacy held to rigorous quality and sterility standards. Your therapy is compounded for you, shipped directly to your door, and traceable from the pharmacy bench to your hand.
That combination — experienced, peptide-savvy physicians, direct clinical access through the portal, and a pharmacy partner I trust — is what allows me to confidently guide clients through this work. You deserve to feel good not just about the therapy, but about the people and the standards behind it.
Great results start with great care behind them.
