Helping You Create More Healthy Years

Education, support and science-backed tools to improve metabolic health, longevity and overall wellness.

Portrait of Judi Ranson

My mission is to help people create more healthy years. After witnessing the impact of chronic disease, cancer, and cognitive decline within my own family, I am committed to helping others become proactive advocates for their health through education, metabolic wellness, lifestyle change, and innovative therapies that support longevity and quality of life.

About Judi Ranson

My Why

Health has always been personal for me. Over the years, I have watched far too many people I love face chronic illness, cancer, cognitive decline, and preventable health challenges. My mother is the only surviving sibling of six children. Her brothers and sisters battled cancer, chronic disease, and other serious health conditions, many passing away far too young. I also spent years helping my father navigate lung and liver disease and later became the healthcare advocate and End-of-Life Doula for my aunt during her battle with stage 4 cancer.

Those experiences changed me. They taught me that health is about far more than a number on the scale or a diagnosis on a chart. It's about preserving the ability to live fully—to enjoy family, maintain independence, stay active, and continue doing the things that bring meaning and purpose to life.

As I entered my own health journey, I realized I was beginning to follow some of the same paths I had witnessed in my family. That realization led me to become a student of health, wellness, metabolic function, and longevity. Through education, lifestyle changes, and innovative therapies, I was able to improve my own health and gain a deeper understanding of what is possible when we take a proactive approach. Today, my mission is simple: to help others create more healthy years through education, advocacy, and personalized wellness support. Because living longer is important—but living better is what truly matters.

Why Healthspan Matters

Why Healthspan Matters

Most people focus on lifespan—the number of years they live.

I focus on healthspan—the quality of those years.

Healthspan is the ability to remain active, independent, mentally sharp, and engaged in the life you love as you age. It's having the energy to travel, spend time with family, pursue your passions, and maintain your quality of life for as long as possible.

Unfortunately, many people spend the last decades of their lives managing chronic disease rather than enjoying the life they've worked so hard to build. I've witnessed this firsthand through the health journeys of family members and loved ones, and it fundamentally changed how I view wellness.

The good news is that many of the factors that influence healthspan are within our control. Metabolic health, nutrition, movement, sleep, hormone balance, stress management, and proactive healthcare decisions all play a role in how we age.

My goal is not simply to help people live longer. My goal is to help people create more healthy years—years filled with energy, vitality, purpose, and independence.

Because living longer only matters if you're healthy enough to enjoy it.
