Symptoms We Address

Real changes. Real biology. Real solutions.

The physical and emotional changes during menopause are real, personal, and often overlooked. Each symptom has a hormonal mechanism — and understanding it is the first step to addressing it.

Hot flashes

Sudden heat, flushing, and rapid heart rate triggered by drops in estrogen.

Night sweats & poor sleep

Estrogen and progesterone both influence the systems that regulate sleep.

Brain fog & mood swings

Estrogen modulates serotonin, GABA, and the brain regions tied to focus and memory.

Low libido & painful intercourse

Estrogen and DHEA support tissue health, lubrication, and desire.

Weight gain & lost muscle tone

Declining hormones slow metabolism and accelerate muscle loss.

Fatigue & low motivation

Estradiol and pregnenolone shape how cells produce and use energy.

The Medications

Bioidentical. Micronized. Personalized.

Treatment plans are tailored based on your symptoms, medical history, and provider evaluation. Depending on your clinical profile, your plan may include a personalized combination of capsules and creams.

Estradiol Body Cream

Transdermal

Applied to the skin, estradiol absorbs into the bloodstream and bypasses first-pass liver metabolism — often associated with a more favorable cardiovascular and clotting profile.

May help with

Hot flashes, night sweats, mood, bone health, skin elasticity, metabolism.

Estradiol Capsule

Oral

Taken orally for consistent, measurable systemic dosing with no topical application. Processed through the digestive system and distributed throughout the body.

May help with

Hot flashes, night sweats, mood, bone health, metabolism.

Estradiol Vaginal Cream

Local

Local therapy that directly restores vaginal tissue health where it's needed most — moisture, elasticity, and comfort.

May help with

Vaginal dryness, painful intercourse, urinary urgency, genitourinary symptoms.

Progesterone Capsule

Micronized • Oral

Bioidentical micronized progesterone protects the uterine lining and works via GABA receptors to restore deep, restorative sleep many women lose in menopause.

May help with

Sleep quality, nervous system calm, uterine protection.

DHEA Capsule

Hormone precursor

DHEA is the precursor to both estrogen and testosterone — the hormones that together maintain lean muscle, libido, and metabolic drive. Levels decline with age.

May help with

Muscle mass, libido, energy, hormonal foundation.

Pregnenolone Capsule

Hormone precursor

The precursor to nearly every major steroid hormone in the body. Emerging research points to its role in cognitive performance and neurological function.

May help with

Cognition, mental clarity, hormonal raw material.

How It Works

A clear, clinically guided path.

1. Complete your intake

A structured intake captures your symptoms, medical history, current medications, and goals. No lab work is required to begin — leading menopause organizations support a symptom-based approach.

2. Licensed provider evaluation

A licensed clinician reviews your intake, determines clinical appropriateness, and designs a personalized protocol — which may include a combination of capsules and creams tailored to your needs.

3. Your program ships

Each order is designed to cover an 8-week supply on subscription so your care isn't interrupted. Plans can be adjusted as your symptoms and goals evolve.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What is HRT?

Hormone Replacement Therapy replenishes the estrogen and progesterone the body stops producing during menopause. These hormones influence sleep, mood, body composition, bone density, cognitive function, and cardiovascular health. HRT is among the most extensively studied interventions in women's medicine.

Who can benefit?

Women experiencing menopause symptoms that affect quality of life — hot flashes, night sweats, disrupted sleep, mood or cognitive changes, vaginal discomfort, low libido, joint pain, or changes in body composition. Women within 10 years of their last period and under 65 are generally strong candidates.

Are labs required to start?

No. ACOG, The Menopause Society, and NICE support a symptom-based approach to diagnosing menopause. Baseline labs can still be a useful part of long-term care and can be pursued through your primary care provider.

What's the difference between bioidentical and synthetic hormones?

Bioidentical hormones are structurally identical to hormones naturally produced by the body. This program uses bioidentical, micronized hormones and precursors — estradiol, progesterone, DHEA, and pregnenolone.

Cream or capsule — which estradiol is right for me?

Both deliver bioidentical estradiol systemically. The cream absorbs through the skin and bypasses the liver, which may be associated with a more favorable cardiovascular and clotting profile. The capsule offers consistent oral dosing. Your provider helps you choose.

Can I use HRT during perimenopause?

This program is currently designed for women who have reached menopause or postmenopause — defined as 12 or more consecutive months without a menstrual period. Perimenopausal support is on the roadmap.

How long until I feel relief?

Many women begin to feel relief within 4–6 weeks as hormonal balance is restored. Individual response varies.

What are the potential side effects?

Possible side effects can include breast tenderness, bloating, nausea, headaches, spotting, mood changes, skin irritation at the application site, and changes in libido. Always discuss with your medical provider.
