Because I'm not a prescriber, I don't have access to your EllieMD account or your quiz results. That's why the last step below — sending me a screenshot of your recommendations — is important so we can plan your protocol together.
Getting started with EllieMD.
Create your EllieMD profile
Head to elliemd.com/alchemywellnessstudio and click Get Started or Sign Up.
- Enter your name, email, date of birth, and shipping address.
- Create a password you'll remember — you'll come back to reorder.
- Verify your email so future prescriptions can be issued.
Complete the recommendation quiz
The quiz lives on the EllieMD home page. Click the "Find My Program" button on the homepage to start the 3-minute personalized quiz. Answer honestly — this is what their physicians use to build your recommended product list.
- Weight-loss goals, current medications, and medical history.
- Sleep, energy, hormones, and recovery questions.
- At the end you'll see a personalized product list — GLP-1s, peptides, and support therapies.
Send Judi your quiz results
This is the part clients often miss. I don't get a copy of your recommendations automatically, so please take a screenshot of your quiz results page and share it with me so we can decide what to start with and in what order.
- Easiest: if you're already a client, log in to the Client Portal and upload the screenshot in the EllieMD section. The client portal is only available to existing clients of Alchemy Wellness.
